Once we have received your order, we will do our utmost to ship it as soon as possible.
Orders placed before 3 pm will be handed over to Post NL the same day. Delivery is usually made the next working day.
On busy times or public holidays, the delivery may be slightly delayed.
Orders placed on Saturday before 12h will be handed over to Post NL on Saturday. The delivery for these parcels is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed on Saturday after 12 pm and on Sunday, will be handed over to Post NL on Monday. Delivery is expected on Tuesday or Wednesday.
We are dependent on Post NL for the delivery time. At busy times this may take several days. We are not liable in any way should your package be delayed.
For larger orders (breeders, pensions, points of sale, etc.), a delivery date will be agreed with you. These orders are driven by our own drivers.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 15h will be handed over to Post NL/DPD the same day. Orders placed on Saturday before 12h are handed over to Post NL/DPD on Saturday. No orders will be processed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Delivery is usually made within 3 to 7 working days. At busy times or on public holidays, delivery may be slightly delayed.

Shipping costs for France vary according to weight.
Track & Trace
As soon as your package is handed over to Post NL, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Track & Trace code of your package. Using this barcode, you can always track your order on the Post NL website.
On the day of delivery you will receive an e-mail from the parcel service with the expected time of delivery.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to the nearest postal service point. You can also indicate your own delivery preferences with the respective services. For example, it is possible to have it delivered to your neighbours if you are not at home. You can find more information about this at PostNL.

Unfortunately we cannot take back products of which the packaging has been opened.
Did you accidentally order the wrong bag? Or can you no longer use the purchased product due to a certain situation?
Please contact us to discuss the return. If the packaging is undamaged and has a shelf life of more than 5 months, you will receive a credit note from us for the value of the returned products.
